Last updated: May 7, 2026

These Terms govern access to Let's Go FIRE, use of the service and any subscription to paid offers.

Let's Go FIRE is an educational simulation tool. It does not provide personalized financial, tax, legal, wealth or investment advice.

1. Publisher identification

The Let's Go FIRE service is published by Let's Go FIRE, a French micro-entreprise registered under SIREN number 104241609, with registered office at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris (France).

Contact: support@letsgofire.com. Full legal notice is available at /legal.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to the website, application, simulations, content, free features and paid features of Let's Go FIRE.

By creating an account, using the service or subscribing to a paid offer, the user accepts these Terms. If the user does not accept them, the user must stop using the service.

3. Service description

Let's Go FIRE enables simulations of financial independence paths, wealth, budgets, scenarios, Monte Carlo projections, fee impact, allocation and indicative comparisons of expatriation or retirement destinations.

Available features may evolve. Some features may be reserved for users with an account or a paid plan.

4. No financial, tax, legal or wealth advice

Information, simulations, scores, projections, rankings, maps, comparisons and content are provided for educational and indicative purposes only. They do not constitute financial investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, wealth advice, a personalized recommendation, solicitation or incentive to buy, sell, hold or arbitrate any asset.

The user remains solely responsible for financial, wealth, tax, legal, expatriation or investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before any important decision.

5. Data, assumptions and limits of results

Results depend on user inputs, assumptions, mathematical models, historical or estimated data and sources that may change. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

Country, tax, cost-of-living, real-estate, safety or education data is indicative, non-exhaustive and may become outdated. It must be checked against official sources and competent professionals according to the user's personal situation.

6. User account and access conditions

The user must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of using the service or subscribing to a paid offer. The user is responsible for the accuracy of provided information and the confidentiality of credentials.

Fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, excessively automated use, or use intended to bypass access restrictions, security measures or premium limitations, is prohibited.

7. Paid offers, prices and payment

The essential characteristics, prices, applicable taxes, duration and renewal terms of paid offers are presented on the pricing page and/or checkout before purchase. Prices displayed at checkout prevail.

Payments are processed by Creem or any other payment provider indicated at checkout. Let's Go FIRE does not store full payment card numbers.

Depending on the user's country, taxes, VAT rates, foreign exchange fees or local rules may apply. The user is responsible for bank fees, taxes or reporting obligations applicable in the user's country of residence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically for each period until cancelled. The user can cancel online from the account or via the cancellation mechanism provided by the payment provider.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless mandatory law or checkout terms provide otherwise. Account deletion does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

9. Consumer withdrawal right

For consumers located in France or the European Union, a fourteen-day withdrawal right may apply to distance contracts unless a legal exception applies to digital content or services.

Where the user expressly requests immediate access to paid digital features before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that such immediate performance may result in the loss of the withdrawal right under applicable law, the user may no longer exercise that right for features already supplied, subject to mandatory rules.

For users outside the European Union, any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights are those provided by mandatory laws applicable in their country of residence and by the terms displayed at checkout.

10. Refunds

Unless mandatory law or a discretionary commercial gesture provides otherwise, paid amounts are not refundable after activation of immediate digital access. A refund may be reviewed in case of duplicate payment, clear billing error or total and lasting technical inability to access the service attributable to Let's Go FIRE.

Requests must be sent to support@letsgofire.com with the account email, order date and information needed to review the request.

11. Legal guarantees for digital services

Consumers benefit from legal guarantees applicable to digital content and services, including conformity rules, under the French Consumer Code and mandatory rules applicable in their country of residence.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available at /legal/privacy. It explains collected data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, transfers and user rights.

13. Intellectual property and user data

The user receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.

The user retains rights in data entered into the service and authorizes Let's Go FIRE to host, process and technically use it as necessary to provide the service, save the account and generate simulations.

14. Availability, suspension and liability

Let's Go FIRE strives to provide a reliable and secure service, without guaranteeing permanent, error-free or uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, corrections, security or events beyond our control.

Let's Go FIRE may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, unpaid amounts, fraud, security risk, abusive use, legal obligation or conduct harming the service or third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, Let's Go FIRE shall not be liable for financial losses, loss of opportunity, investment decisions, tax, legal or wealth consequences, input errors, interpretation of results or decisions made based on the service. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15. International sales and local rules

The service may be accessible from several countries. The user is responsible for checking that access to and use of the service are authorized in the user's country of residence. Some features, offers or payment methods may be unavailable depending on territory.

Where mandatory local consumer protection rules apply, they prevail over these Terms to the extent necessary.

16. Mediation, governing law and jurisdiction

In case of dispute, the consumer is invited to send a prior written complaint to support@letsgofire.com to seek an amicable resolution.

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to more protective mandatory provisions applicable to consumers in their country of habitual residence. In case of dispute, competent courts will be determined under applicable procedural rules.

17. Changes, language and contact

Let's Go FIRE may amend these Terms for legal, technical, commercial or security reasons. Material changes will be notified by appropriate means when required by law.

These Terms may be offered in several languages. The French version is the contractual reference version, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
